There comes a time when we need to 'art' things through in a dedicated space for therapeutic processing. I’m a registered Art Therapist practicing virtually in Kanadario, Kanata (Ontario, Canada) and I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery through the use of art and comic art therapy.
Life can be overwhelming, sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through some of its many obstacles through the empowering process of creating art. My goal is to help you utilize art-making to develop self-awareness, self-love and self-compassion towards yourself and the challenge(s) you're facing.

About You, Me and Comic Art Therapy
As an avid believer in the healing properties of the creative process, I practice art therapy and comic art therapy with individuals to support them in the therapeutic process. Creating art initiates a unique experience and space for people to take a moment to learn from themselves, to express what words cannot and to adapt to all matters of life; if a picture is worth a thousand words then the creative process is worth a thousand revelatory and healing conversations with the soul.
